HEART HEALTH WORKSHOP - Feb. 23 @ 3:30 p.m.
The heart beats on average 60-100 beats per minute which (taking the average of 80 beats per minute) means a heart beats 4,800 beats per hour and 115,200 times per day. Over the course of a year, your heart would beat about 42,048,000 times! If you live to be 80 years old your heart would have beaten approximately 3,363,840,000 times!
Should you take care of your heart? What do you think? How do we do that? What are some of the warning signs that we may be having some heart issues? What are some things we can eat?
This weekend a variety of presenters will answer numerous questions regarding heart health, and even questions you may not know you had. So plan to attend this Sabbath afternoon at 3:30. There will be food tastings, heart health recipes, opportunities to get your blood pressure checked, and a variety of other services as well. We look forward to seeing you.
