Our Missionary Mobile Dental Clinic is dedicated to providing compassionate, free dental care to uninsured individuals within our church and food pantry community. Through this ministry, eligible clients may receive dental exams, cleanings, simple fillings, and extractions based on individual needs and available supplies.
We believe everyone deserves access to quality care and the opportunity to experience dignity, support, and hope through practical acts of service.
To qualify for care through our dental clinic, you must be a member of our church or enrolled in our food pantry program. Clients must also be uninsured, at least 18 years old, and must not have received a dental exam within the last 15 months.
Appointments become available approximately one month prior to each scheduled clinic date. If you meet the qualifications, we encourage you to book an appointment below to receive care.

Appointments are required prior to attending the clinic and are available on a limited basis. Services are provided free of charge and include a diagnostic exam and one treatment as needed.

Check-in Instructions
When you arrive, please park in the main parking lot at the front of the church. Enter through the side entrance closest to the service road. The correct entrance will have double glass doors with the word REVIVE displayed in green lettering.
Once inside, please check in at the welcome table and wait to be called for your appointment.
Booking Instructions
Online scheduling opens and closes throughout the year, so availability comes and goes. If you don't see any open dates, check back soon, new ones are released regularly.
