Bible classes are offered for 6th - 8th graders as a part of Form. These weekly connections give kids the study the word of God as they interact with peers and develop relationship with adult mentors.

ALL FORM GATHERINGS & EVENTS

All gatherings and events are designed to provide community and connections to early teen kids as well as a strong Biblical foundation for life and for decision making. Ultimately, the goal is transformation and growth in Jesus.

FORM PARENT CONNECTION

Form strives to partner with the parents and families of students from 6th grade through 8th grade to disciple young people in relationship with Jesus.

Form desires to provide early teenagers opportunities for connection with each other and the family of God. We endeavor to work in consort with the Holy Spirit and the family to offer guidance, support, and opportunities for discovery of each individual’s gifts and talents for service.
