Event Space Request

Please use this form for all events, including ministry events, church wide events, and private event requests both on campus and off campus.

All event requests are subject to approval based on space availability.

Please Note: A space usage fee and a maintenance fee will apply for private events. Your request will be reviewed, and once fees are confirmed and accepted, final approval will be granted.
