FORM Kids CHILDREN’S CHOIR

Form Kids is excited to begin a Children’s Choir at Arlington Adventist church beginning November 1. If your child is interested in singing and becoming part of the choir, please register below. We can’t wait to worship and grow in music with our young kids. All children are welcomed to join regardless of musical background.

HERE’S THE INFO YOU NEED:

• AGE RANGE// 4 years old-12 years old

• PRACTICE - Once a month on Sabbath afternoons from 1:30-2:30

• LUNCH// provided by the choir for participant’s immediate families from 1:00-1:30

• FEES// $50 per child/year towards food and supplies

• PARENTS// help child practice at home and assist during Sabbath practices

• PERFORMANCE - Once a quarter at Arlington Church
