Hello, FORM KIDS Fam!
Summer is finally here! We are starting off the summer with a splash at Stoval park, and ending the month by diving into friendship with God through VBS. Last month was filled with many changes. From the countdown for the last day of school, all the way to graduations where we close our previous chapter. Now for this summer season lets keep our hearts and our minds open and filled with wonder in the word of God.

CHURCH FAM. POOL PARTY// JUNE 13
Come out and swim with us at the BK Pool at Stoval Park. A perfect time to cool off in the pool with your church family. We’ve reserved the whole pool complex and look forward to enjoying slides, diving boards, kiddie pools, and more! Lifeguards will be on-site, and all ages are welcome. You can even bring your supper to enjoy at one of the area picnic tables.
VBS // JUNE 24-28
Summer is here and so is VBS! This summer we will be diving into friendship with God! Kids will discover what living water is really all about!

WHAT we’re teaching +
For a lot of us, recess is one of our favorite parts of the school day. We get to play dodgeball, hopscotch, or race our friends around the play area. Recess helps us to stay active so we can grow strong, but it also gives us a chance to grow in our relationships. In this five-week series, kids will discover through the stories in the books of Judges, Ruth, and 1 Samuel the unexpected ways God can help them grow. As they do, they’ll learn how God helps us grow stronger, helps us belong, answers our prayers, tells us what is true, and can use anything we give.

I know “screen time” has a pretty bad reputation, but our phones and devices aren’t going away anytime soon. We can either fight to keep technology out of our kids’ hands, or we can try to reframe technology to make it helpful instead of just a distraction. What if we could help our kids use their devices to grow in their faith? With a little intentionality, technology can be a tool to practice the four spiritual habits:
