TRAVEL SCHEDULE

Meet at Arlington Adventist Church (ASDA) at 4:00pm
Arrive at Tyler Home by 7pm
+ TUESDAY
Leave Tyler Home by 3pm
Arrive back at ASDA at 5:00pm
KEY INFORMATION
PERMISSION SLIP - It is imperative that we have UG Universal Permission forms filled and turned in before any offsite events. Here is the link to download forms. Please email completed form to ugyouth@arlingtonaventist.com or hand form in to Pastor Danny Cano at the Arlington Adventist Church.
FOOD - All meals will be provided
TRANSPORTATION - We have a staff of 6 mentors who will be providing rides to all students.
WHAT DO MY STUDENT/S NEED TO BRING? - Students should bring their Bible, a notepad or journal, a pen, beach towels, bedding, toiletries, and anything else they would normally bring to camping trip.
HOW WILL SUPERVISION BE PLANNED? - Supervision will consist of a 1 adult to 2 students ratio inside the rental house.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR UG WINTER CAMP? - We want all students to feel comfortable and welcome at UG Purpose Week Leadership Retreat, and for there to be as few distractions as possible. We ask that parents be responsible for making sure all of their students bring clothing to dress appropriately during the week. Overall, please ask your students to be modest, smart and respectful with their attire.
