DEVELOPING A DEEP RESILIENCE
Life's constant demands can gradually deplete our inner resources without us even noticing. This year at Full Life, we will explore essential but often overlooked practices of soul care for cultivating a lasting resilience.
Drawing from biblical principles and the example of Jesus, who intentionally withdrew to pray despite numerous responsibilities, our presenters will offer practical wisdom for recognizing spiritual and emotional depletion before it leads to exhaustion. Sessions will help us to identify personal areas in need of attention, understand how trauma and grief act as barriers to resilience, provide practical insights for developing resilience as a daily practice rather than a crisis response, and equip us to face life's challenges with a faith that doesn't just survive but continues to bear fruit even in difficult seasons. Join us as we embrace the beauty of restoration Christ offers as we work together to develop sustainable practices for soul replenishment.
