GODencounters Conference is coming next weekend, February 10-11, and although it was started by Younger Generation Church and is especially appealing to young adults, it calls all members and guests of the Arlington Seventh-day Adventist Church in to a 24/7 experience of the living GOD.
Further, the conference thrives from the volunteer service of church members and GODfollowers of all ages, and so we are inviting all church members and friends to volunteer.
FAMILIES AND FRIENDS ARE INVITED TO VOLUNTEER TOGETHER
GODencounters is a great opportunity for parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren to volunteer together and enjoy the bonding only afforded through serving side by side.
NO SKILLS, SPECIALTY SKILLS, AND WILLINGNESS TO TRY SOMETHING NEW ARE ALL WELCOMED
You may have a special area you are good at [i.e. media ministry], or seemingly no skill area at all. Whatever the case, we would love to have you volunteer.
And especially for those church members who have volunteered in one specific area or with one exclusive ministry, GODencounters is a great opportunity to try something new, meet new people, and expand your service to GOD.
