At this point each year, we like to review where we have been as we pray and plan for where we are going. At this exceptional point in history, January feels like it was about five years ago. <G>  Notwithstanding the challenges of the past quarter, I look back over 2020 and am reminded of GOD's goodness to Younger Generation Church, the vibrant young adult ministry of our church; In particular the dreams and passions of our members who help us all deepen our devotion to Christ Jesus.

We believe GOD is transforming us, changing us amidst the pivot.

Throughout Scriptures, people have lived in the tension of not knowing exactly GOD’s proximity to their lives and/or circumstances.  Some have wished to run from Him, others have wanted to experience Him up close and personal.  In this day and age, where have you encountered GOD, and what has it revealed to you about Who He is?

So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it.
